1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cbage ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at cbage.app. By accessing or using any part of the cbage platform — including registering an account, browsing the game lobby, placing a bet, making a deposit, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the cbage platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. cbage reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, cbage will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the authoritative version in all circumstances. Any translation provided for convenience is non-binding. cbage operates as an offshore platform. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the cbage platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. cbage makes no representation that its services are legal in every jurisdiction and accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform from a restricted territory.

1.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which cbage holds its operating licence. The Company does not submit to the jurisdiction of any specific national court of the Republic of Bangladesh with respect to disputes arising from these Terms.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active cbage account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for recreational purposes.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of cbage or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You have not previously had a cbage account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform.

2.1 Age Verification

cbage employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all registered accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identification (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method you use to deposit. cbage reserves the right to suspend account activity, including deposits, withdrawals, and betting, until identity verification is completed to the Company's satisfaction.

2.2 Underage Gambling Prevention

cbage takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method where technically possible. cbage also strongly encourages parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling websites.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of cbage services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. By completing registration, you warrant that all information you have provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account with cbage at any given time. Holding multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, cbage reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all bonus balances. Any withdrawal request from a duplicate account may be declined.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cbage username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You agree to notify cbage immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. cbage will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, or from any authorised or unauthorised use of your account prior to notification to the Company.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and truthful personal information at registration and update your account details promptly if any information changes. cbage may request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

cbage accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Payment method availability may vary over time and cbage reserves the right to add or remove payment options at its discretion.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your cbage account balance in real time, subject to payment processor availability.
• cbage does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• Deposits made by bKash, Nagad, or Rocket must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• cbage reserves the right to request verification of any deposit before releasing funds for wagering.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into your cbage account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will not be able to withdraw funds.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically one to three (1–3) hours for bKash and Nagad transfers, and up to twenty-four (24) hours for bank transfers.
• cbage reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal, including for routine compliance checks.
• Bonus winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

4.3 Currency

All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on the cbage platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). No foreign currency conversion is performed by cbage. Any conversion costs incurred at the payment provider level are the responsibility of the player.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the cbage platform are subject to these Terms and to any additional game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall take precedence for that specific bet or game.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

cbage reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that appear to exploit a technical error in the odds, bets placed on suspended markets, bets that exceed stated maximum stake limits, and bets placed by accounts under investigation for irregular activity. A bet is accepted only when a confirmation reference is displayed on screen and recorded in your bet history.

5.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error in the published odds, betting lines, or game outcomes — whether caused by a technical failure, human error, or data feed issue — cbage reserves the right to void all bets affected by the error and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. "Manifest error" means an error that a reasonable person would recognise immediately as incorrect. cbage's determination of whether an error has occurred and the appropriate remedy shall be final.

5.3 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

Cricket markets offered by cbage — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are subject to the following additional rules:

• Match-winner markets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB).
• In the event a match is abandoned or no result is declared, all match-winner bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play markets may be suspended at any time during an innings. Bets placed before suspension are not affected; bets attempted during suspension will be declined.
• Player performance markets (e.g., top batsman, man of the match) are settled using official match statistics as published by the competition organiser.

5.4 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino and slot games are provided by third-party certified studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Spribe, and Microgaming. Each game has individual rules and paytables accessible within the game interface. All RNG outcomes are governed by independently audited random number generators. cbage does not influence game outcomes. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game provider's disconnection policy, and the result will be final.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

cbage offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer and to the general bonus terms set out in this section. Where a promotion's specific terms conflict with these general terms, the promotion's specific terms prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by cbage are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to a specific bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement for cbage bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have a defined validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. If wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited without notice. Players are responsible for monitoring bonus expiry dates in their account dashboard.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

cbage actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting offers through multiple accounts, placing hedge bets across accounts, placing bets on outcomes with a statistical expectation of fulfilling wagering requirements at minimal risk, and any other strategy designed to abuse the bonus system. Where bonus abuse is identified, cbage reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account without prior notice.

6.4 Promotional Offers

Promotional offers including free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions (such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or BPL season offers) are available to eligible registered players subject to the specific terms of each promotion. cbage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not receive notification of available promotions.

7. User Obligations

By using the cbage platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the standards set out in this section at all times. Failure to comply with any of the following obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets, and/or forfeiture of funds.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbage platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Employing any automated betting tool, bot, script, or artificial intelligence system to place or manage bets without prior written approval from cbage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in odds calculations for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including sharing cards or information in live dealer games.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to cbage systems, databases, or other players' accounts.
• Publishing, distributing, or using the cbage brand, logo, or intellectual property without prior written consent.
• Conducting any action that cbage reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or the experience of other players.

7.2 Player Conduct

Players interacting with live dealers or other users via any communication feature on the cbage platform must at all times conduct themselves respectfully. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive language directed at dealers, support staff, or other players will not be tolerated and may result in immediate account suspension.

7.3 Self-Assessment

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that the outcome of all games and bets is uncertain. You confirm that you are participating solely for entertainment purposes and that you are financially capable of sustaining the losses that may result from your activity on the platform. cbage strongly encourages all players to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings, including deposit limits, session timers, and reality checks.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request permanent closure of your cbage account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing an account, ensure that all pending bets have been settled and that any withdrawable balance has been processed. Balances remaining in a closed account at the time of closure will be returned to the registered payment method subject to completion of identity verification.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by cbage

cbage reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice if it reasonably determines that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading personal information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.
• Receipt of a legally binding instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. cbage may impose an inactivity fee on dormant balances as stated in the active promotion schedule at the time of inactivity. Players will receive reasonable prior notice before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate an account, simply log in and contact support if needed.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be blocked, you will not receive any marketing communications, and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets.
